Really nice hotel in a good location with the beach being near and also a few bars. Food was good and rooms were perfect with a nice balcony area. Entertainment team go the extra mile to get to know the guests and there are activities during the day if that’s what you want to do. Bar staff very nice, particularly the polish girl who recently started who I never saw without a smile. Great hotel which I would recommend to anyone.

Great room with private access to the pool, a huge bed and a nice shower, equipped with Air conditioner and a TV. Room service will clean everyday except Sunday. The buffet is Ok, not great but not bad with varieties and themes (Greek, Italian, Asian, …). Snack bar was fine but lacked diversity. A mini market is open until 10pm which is nice.

I’m really impressed with the standard this hotel represents. The food is delicious, and the cakes? I’ve never had better ones. Everything is perfectly clean. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day – huge respect to the ladies who take care of this . The hotel’s location is a big plus. Beautiful beaches. Crete is the most beautiful island. The reception staff are simply the best JP

A very nice hotel with a diferent view of all inclusive but very clean and with a lot of pools. It has no beach of iti own, you'll have to pay for umbrella and sunbeds at the sea side.

Nice hotel, with spacious rooms. It was 5 stars before. The food was also ok but the breakfast and drinks were rather low quality. We were familiar with all inclusive drinks, but these were really hard to drink. Even the water had a strange taste, different from the one we bought from the store.

We stayed here for a week (all inclusive) Rooms - quite nice room, nothing to complain about regarding dispositions or furniture. We had issue with doors, that were not locking - resolved in an hour. Missing toilet paper and shower gel were also resolved, but we had to remind them twice. Service - in general it was really good, but in bar we had experienced not really nice service. Even tho it was all-inclusive we were supposed to have only one drink per person, what is pretty frustrating when you are enjoying day in pools that are 5 min per walk away and you have to go there all the time. Also it was only until 22:00 and even when we were in line waiting before that, we were not served. This left mark on our satisfaction with service. Also - we have tried all drinks (all made based on sirups, so pretty cheap and poor quality), but we experienced, that rakia was used also for drinks where rum was supposed to go and therefore taste was awful. Drinks were really poor. Food - medium quality in total - some days were better, 2 times we were not able to find meat - but in total we were expecting that and were quite satisfied. Table service was great and they were always nice with smile on their faces. We really liked that. Special place is for desserts - you need to give some bonus to your chefs there - I am not that much enjoying sweets, but this time it was really good!!! Overal atmosphere was fine, near to the beach and several small shops and restaurants.

We arrived on 24th July and checked in, we got shown to our room which was by the reception. Very clean spacious room and lovely sized bathroom only downside was we had no drawers only a wardrobe so we used the spare bed as a make shift for my little ones clothes that couldn’t be hung up. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed every other day. The hotel grounds are very well maintained and clean. The food was nice and always something that you went back for seconds! Plenty of choice for desserts. The drinks were ok but personally didn’t like the brand of cola they used think it would be better as Pepsi. The entertainment team were fabulous and my little boy loved them always shouting hi to them and waving and for the first time ever wanted to go to the kids club regularly! Entertainment was good at night and the location is close to the beach and some supermarkets. Only downfall is the closest water sports are an hour walk away. Overall we would go back to this hotel again as we had a lovely relaxing time! It’s true what they say about your wrist bands being taken off at 11am but they make sure you have had breakfast and dependant on departure time we had access to snacks at the pool bar until 7pm which was great! Thank you to everyone at St constantin and the entertainment team you truly gave us a holiday to remember!
